To make BLYMP more accessible to a wider spectrum of clientele, we do not charge separate fees for design, hosting, security etc. Instead, we summarise the design and hosting fee into one simple payment, which can be paid on the frequency you choose.
This saves you thousands in costs in comparison to our competitors, and we believe that our unique structure of pricing is fairer, more customisable and more affordable based on the services you actually need.
Yes, you may upgrade or downgrade your Plan anytime during your contract by giving us 30 days notice. You won't need to restart your contract again by upgrading or downgrading.
If you are upgrading your plan to feature new static pages and features, we will endeavour to have these new elements published within the 30 day notice period (subject to availability, quantity and complexity of the new elements).
If you are downgrading your plan, you must let us know which pages and features you no longer want in order for your website to fit your new Plan quota. If you do not choose which elements you don't want to keep anymore, your Plan will not be downgraded and your current Plan will resume.
Yes! You'll be able to access your website anytime by using the credentials that we give you upon first publishing of your site. We'll show you how to make changes such as images and text prior to publishing. If you need help or a reminder on how to move things around, BLYMP Support Centre is available 24/7 to show you how.
Please note that there might be some things you won't be able to access in order to maintain the integrity and health of your website, such as the backend code or behaviours. If you need to reach these, settings please visit our Support Centre or contact us at support@blymp.co.uk
No, you pay nothing upfront.
However, in order to proceed with the production of your website, we will hold a security deposit on your payment method of £125 - but you won't be charged this now. You will only be charged the security deposit if you decide not to go ahead with your site after production has already started to cover our labour costs.
We're proud to host the latest tech when it comes to SEO optimisation, and over time, your website will indeed be indexed by Google's Search Engine - faster than you think. We ensure that relevant keywords and search terms are embedded into the backend of your website from day one of publishing.
There are other things that we can do in order to speed things up, such as:
- Verifying your site ownership with Google and adding your website to Google Search Console
- Ensuring that the content of your website is error-free and of great quality
- Creating a Google Business profile and linking your website
- Posting regular updates, on your website or via social media, to prove that you are an active business
- Ensuring that your business information remains consistent throughout all your channels - Google doesn't like it if there's differentiations
- Engaging with your customers by responding to posts or reviews

Yes, all Plans include full website design.
However, some of our Creative Media products are not included. Whilst we endeavour to create as much as we can from scratch, significant design elements - such as if you want your entire business rebranded and redesigned that would involve brand new logos, or other design-heavy services such as video, photography, animated videos which aren't part of our built-in Centrifuge feature or application development (meaning an app which is separate from your website that could be hosted in app stores) - will be charged additionally.
If you want us to create these more advanced elements for you then you may benefit from our Complete Branding Packages which will save you a lot of money in the long haul.
