3.1 myBLYMP is an online client portal that provides access to account management, billing, project data, and certain AI-assisted tools such as Matilda, our virtual assistant.
3.2 Matilda and the Support Centre may display personalised information (for example, billing history or system data) based on your account. You must keep your login credentials secure and not share them with anyone.
3.3 You agree that any advice, troubleshooting or guidance given through Matilda or the Support Centre is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional or legal advice.
3.4 You must not use myBLYMP or Matilda to access, store or distribute unlawful, defamatory, offensive or harmful content, or to attempt to interfere with the operation of BLYMP’s systems.
3.5 BLYMP reserves the right to monitor usage for security and quality-assurance purposes. We may suspend or restrict access if misuse is detected.
3.6 Public areas of the Support Centre are accessible without login and are intended to provide general help articles and contact forms. Personal or account-specific information will only be shared via secure login within myBLYMP.

4.1 All material on blymp.co.uk, myBLYMP and the Support Centre—including text, graphics, code, trademarks, images, and software—is owned or licensed by BLYMP LTD.
4.2 You may view, download or print content solely for your own legitimate personal or business use in connection with BLYMP’s services.
